Meet Lydia Molina

Founder & Mobile Phlebotomist

Kimber & Ko. was founded by Lydia Molina, a dedicated mobile phlebotomist with hands-on experience serving patients throughout assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, behavioral health facilities, and residential settings across the Chicago area.

Throughout her career, Lydia has worked closely with elderly residents, individuals receiving behavioral health services, patients recovering from illness or injury, and those who rely on mobile healthcare services due to mobility limitations. These experiences have shaped her approach to patient care and reinforced the importance of treating every individual with compassion, patience, dignity, and respect.

Lydia is known for her gentle collection technique, calming bedside manner, and ability to help patients feel comfortable during the collection process. She understands that blood draws can be stressful and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient she serves.

Having worked within facilities firsthand, Lydia has also witnessed the challenges administrators, nurses, and healthcare teams face when laboratory services are inconsistent. Missed collections, delayed service, poor communication, and unreliable scheduling can create unnecessary stress for facility staff and residents. These experiences inspired the creation of Kimber & Co.

Kimber & Ko. was built with a commitment to reliability, professionalism, communication, and patient-centered care. The company was founded to provide facilities with a dependable mobile blood collection partner that understands their needs and consistently delivers exceptional service.

Every patient is treated with compassion, every specimen is handled with care, and every facility is served with professionalism and respect.

Mission
