Appointments may be requested by telephone, email, or through the forms on this website. All requests are confirmed personally before a visit is scheduled. Arriving times are estimates and may adjust based on traffic, weather, and the needs of patients scheduled before you.

A responsible adult must be present for collections involving minors or patients unable to consent on their own behalf. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice when an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled.

Private-pay rates are published on our Pricing page. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Facility partners are invoiced according to their service agreement.

Kimber & Ko. sends text messages only to mobile numbers whose owners have texted the keyword DRAW to 888-991-9825 from their own mobile phone. By texting DRAW to 888-991-9825, you agree to receive text messages from Kimber & Ko. regarding appointment scheduling, reminders, and mobile collection updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
