We retain correspondence only as long as needed to schedule and complete your service and to meet record-keeping obligations.

SMS messages are sent only to mobile numbers whose owners have texted the keyword DRAW to 888-991-9825 from their own mobile phone. We never text a mobile number until that number has texted DRAW to us first. Messages relate to appointment scheduling, reminders, and mobile collection updates.
