Every appointment is performed by an experienced phlebotomist. A valid laboratory order from the patient's healthcare provider is required for all collections.

The rates above are private pay only. Facility partners receive pricing tailored to their volume and collection frequency — inquire about facility pricing. Mobile collection fees are separate from laboratory testing fees, which are billed by the laboratory.

How a private-pay visit
works.
- How does a private-pay appointment work?
- Reach out by phone, email, or our contact form with your location and preferred day. We confirm your appointment, and an experienced phlebotomist comes to your home, office, or facility at the agreed time. After the collection, your specimens are transported directly to the laboratory named on your order.
- What does “private pay” mean?
- It means you pay directly for your visit at the rates listed above — a straightforward flat rate per patient, with no insurance paperwork. Facility partners receive their own pricing, agreed with us based on volume and collection frequency.
- What should I prepare before my visit?
- Have your laboratory order ready and know which laboratory your provider uses. If your test requires fasting, follow your provider's instructions and drink plain water unless told otherwise. Plan a comfortable space for the draw, and let us know about any mobility needs so we arrive prepared.
- Do I need a laboratory order?
- Yes. A valid laboratory order from your healthcare provider is required for every collection — we cannot draw without one. Kimber & Ko. does not diagnose, treat, or order laboratory testing; we collect and transport exactly what your provider has ordered.
- Who receives my results?
- Your specimens are delivered to the reference laboratory designated on your order, and results are released by that laboratory or your ordering provider — never by Kimber & Ko. We handle the collection and transport only.
- How do I schedule a visit?
- Call 888-991-9825, email info@kimberandko.net, or use the Request a Visit form on our contact page. Same-week scheduling is typical, subject to availability — business hours are Monday through Friday 6 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 7 AM to 3 PM, and Sunday by appointment.
