Consent is given by you, from your own mobile phone. To opt in, send the keyword DRAW as a text message to 888-991-9825. This is the same number private-pay clients use to inquire about appointments and the same number facility staff use to reach us.

We never text a mobile number until that number has texted DRAW to us first. The moment you opt in, you receive a confirmation text from us that reads:

"Kimber & Ko.: You're subscribed to appointment texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

All texts come from our number, 888-991-9825, and are sent only to the mobile number you texted DRAW from. Messages are limited to:

• — Replies to your inquiry about a mobile blood draw
• — Scheduling and confirming appointments
• — Appointment reminders
• — Mobile collection updates for patients and facilities

We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we never share your mobile number with third parties for their own use.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. Consent is never a condition of receiving our services, and opting out does not affect your scheduling. You may also withdraw consent by writing to info@kimberandko.net or calling 888-991-9825.
